Sony is proud to introduce two 27-inch medical 4K monitors, the LMD-X2705MD and LMD-X2700MD, which can display 4K Ultra HD color video images in 2D. Offering two types of monitor with DP, HDMI and DVI interfaces (the LMD-X2705MD additionally includes 3G/HD/SD-SDI), Sony enables flexibility to suit various modalities and environments. The latest generation of medical imaging systems reveals more detail than ever before, allowing clinicians to review complex procedures in the OR with greater accuracy.
The LMD-X2705MD and LMD-X2700MD display 4K images with four times the detail of Full HD, and allow surgeons to view pictures from surgical endoscopes, laparoscopic camera systems, and other compatible medical imaging systems with immersive detail in rich and vivid color.
Moreover, these monitors provide a valuable upscaling capability. HD and SD inputs convert to 4K, which means that even conventional HD/SD modality users can fully enjoy the benefits of natural, sharp 4K resolution.
The LMD-2451MD features two unique built-in option slots for ultimate flexibility, allowing users to easily expand, select, and change input/output signals depending on the modality application. These built-in option slots are designed to support a variety of option boards such as the BKM-250TG, which enables the monitor to accept a 3G-SDI input signal and transfer a 1080/60p signal via a single SDI cable. Use of the optional BKM-256DD board increases the monitor’s DVI input/output capability to accept up to two DVI-D inputs and one DVI loop-through output. In addition, the LMD-2451MD also provides a Picture-and-Picture function that can accept two DVI-D inputs.
Its unique built-in option slots and easy-to-install body design allow this monitor to be smoothly integrated into any environment such as an O.R., conference room, and learning center, making it the ideal choice for today’s demanding medical applications.
The UP-D25MD has a compact design with dimensions of approximately 212 (W) x 98 (H) x
398 (D) mm (8 3/8 x 3 7/8 x 15 5/8 inches). Smaller than conventional models, it can fit into
limited space. Its foot positions are identical to that of its predecessor, the UP-D23MD, allowing easy
printer replacement. Furthermore, the UP-D25MD is designed with a convenient front panel that
enables quick and easy insertion of ribbon cartridge and print media.
Full HD resolution monitor complies with medical safety standards
The LMD-2110MD monitor features a 21.5-inch LCD panel of full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution and 10-bit signal processing. Complying with medical safety standards and EMC standards, the monitor provides a crisp, sharp high definition image.
The LMD-2110MD is equipped with an analogue video input and output terminals as standard. It also features an HDMI input, which accepts HD signals up to 1080/60P. In addition, the monitor can input HD/SD-SDI signals using an optional input adaptor.
